About Cami

Cami approaches counseling with compassion and curiosity, working closely with her clients to understand their goals, health concerns, and lifestyles. Her strength lies in simplifying the complex science of nutrition, helping clients gain a better understanding of how food can support their bodies and overall well-being.

As a former yo-yo dieter herself, she empathizes with the confusion, shame, and frustration that can often accompany issues related to food and weight. She firmly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and she is committed to meeting clients right where they are in their health journey. Together, they'll uncover a personalized definition of health without any associated shame or guilt.

Cami loves to support individuals with any diagnosis or nutrition-related concern, but her expertise lies in digestive health, disordered eating, and weight concerns.

Outside her professional life, Cami enjoys traveling with her husband and exploring new culinary delights and hangouts in her hometown of Austin.
